Refund Policy

Should you wish to return an item, we recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you. If anything is missing or damaged, you must notify us within 2 business days to qualify for replacement or refund. Return postage to receive refund is at the buyer's expense.

Regardless of the reason, we recommend that any items being returned are sent via a tracked postage or courier service. Without tracking, you accept full responsibility in the event it is not received. No refunds or replacements can be given for items which are not received by us.
